These terms apply to 3D printing orders placed with Propal Invest SRL (CUI RO9605790, J27/357/1997), which runs the PrintSLS brand, through the printsls.ro website, by email or by phone.
Quote and order
The quote you receive states the price, material, quantity, lead time and delivery cost. An order is considered placed when you accept the quote in writing (including by email). A quote is valid for 14 days unless it states otherwise.
Files and intellectual property
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to reproduce the models you send. We print the parts as described in the files and in the quote. We are not liable for design errors in the model, but we will tell you if we notice any when we check it.
Quality and tolerances
SLS parts have a matte, slightly grainy surface, and the usual tolerances are those described in the design guide. State any critical dimensions in your request so that we can check them. Small colour variations between batches are normal.
Payment and delivery
Payment is by bank transfer against a pro forma invoice. Within Romania we deliver by courier to the address you give us, or you can collect the parts in person from our workshop in Piatra Neamț. Shipping to other EU countries is available on request and is quoted per order. The delivery period starts once payment is confirmed, unless we have agreed otherwise.
Complaints
Check the parts when you receive them. If a part does not match the quote, write to us within 7 days of delivery and include photos. If the defect is due to production, we will remake the part or refund its price.
Consumers
If you order as a private individual, note that the parts are made to order to your specifications. For this reason, under Article 16(c) of Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) 34/2014 on consumer rights, the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies once production has started. For disputes you can use the alternative dispute resolution (SAL) procedure of the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC SAL).
