How to order parts from another city

There is no need to come to the workshop. Files, the quote and your confirmation all go online, and the parts travel by courier to the address you give us.

Send the files online
Upload STL, STEP or 3MF models through the quote form and tell us the quantity, the material if you know it, and what the part does.

Get the quote by email
We check the files and send you the price, material, lead time and delivery cost within the same working day.

Confirm and pay
Accept the quote in writing, by email included, and pay by bank transfer against a pro forma invoice. The usual lead time is 3–5 working days from confirmation of payment.

Receive the parts by courier
The parcel leaves Piatra Neamț for your office, your factory or any other address you give us. Delivery is by courier, usually the next working day after dispatch.

Smaller places can take the courier an extra day. Delivery time comes on top of the lead time.

Collection in person in Piatra Neamț
