About the workshop
We are a workshop in Piatra Neamț, Romania, printing nylon parts for engineers, manufacturers and product teams across the country. We work with 2 Formlabs printers and their cleaning stations, using SLS only. Parts without a 3D model we model in CAD or scan.
You talk to the person who prints
Your file is opened by the person who prepares the print build. They can tell you straight away if a wall is too thin or a hole is too small.
We tell you when SLS is the wrong choice
If your part comes out better or cheaper by FDM, SLA or machining, we say so in the quote, even though we don't work with those technologies.

The material properties on this site are the ones published by Formlabs, and the source is listed next to each table. We don't promise values we can't guarantee.
The powder gets reused
Unsintered powder is recovered, sieved and mixed with new powder in the ratio each material requires. That way we throw away as little powder as possible.
