What data we collect
We collect only the data you send us through the quote form or by email, which is your name, company, email address, phone number, town, your message and any attached files. The site does not use tracking or advertising cookies and does not build a profile of you.
Why we use it
- to prepare and send you the quote you asked for (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract);
- to carry out the order, issue the invoice and deliver the parts, if you accept the quote (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR);
- to keep accounting records for the period required by law (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Your files
The 3D models you send us are used only to prepare the quote and to produce your order. We do not publish them, sell them or use them for other customers. If you need a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before you send your files, write to us.
Who else has access to the data
- Netlify, Inc., which hosts the site and receives the form submissions. Data transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) is covered by the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission;
- the courier company, for delivery (name, address, phone number);
- our accountant and the tax authorities, for invoicing.
How long we keep it
We delete quote requests that do not become orders after 2 years at most. We keep order and invoice data for as long as Romanian accounting law requires.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for access to your data, for its rectification or erasure and for restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing. Write to us at contact@printsls.ro and we will reply within 1 month at most. If you believe we are not following these rules, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).
