We deliver anywhere in Romania by courier, usually the next working day after dispatch, and to other EU countries on request.
What to include in an email
If you write to us directly instead of using the form, please include:
- the 3D files, in STEP, STL or 3MF format
- the quantity of each part
- the material if you know it, or what the part does and the conditions it works in
- the date by which you need the parts
- the critical dimensions, marked on a drawing, if there are any
- the delivery address, or a note that you will collect the parts from the workshop
Collection from the workshop, by appointment
Parts can be collected from the workshop in Piatra Neamț once we agree on a time. We write to you when the order is ready, and you don't pay for shipping.
Keeping your files confidential
The 3D models you send are used only for the quote and to produce your order. We don't publish them, sell them or use them for other customers. If you need a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), please write to us before you send the files.
